What is CGI?

CGI, or Computer Generated Images, also known as Renders, are the standard method of visualizing an unbuilt project.

We use CGI throughout the design phases of a project to help clients and investors understand the vision of the project, as well as for marketing/real-estate content to assist in selling off-the-plan.

CGI is the industry standard for presenting unbuilt projects and helping people to visualize the space, materials, forms, even the furniture and finishes.

The key use of CGI for FUTURE THOUGHTS is to rapidly visualize and present unbuilt spaaces and explore concept ideas.
